Andrew Adrian S. Tan

I've had a year and 5 months of experience working as an executive assistant for the CEO, Marketing Director, and Business Director of a marketing agency in the US. 

During my time as an executive assistant, I was promoted by the staffing agency as a team leader as the company was ramping up and hiring at least 15 people each month. My role was to handle a team of executive assistants assigned to different clients and I handled their attendance and pay cut-off reports. I also ensured that they adhered to the staffing agency's standards. I also conducted regular meetings and coaching sessions to discuss the goals and challenges of my team members as well as providing updates from the managers and the CEO. I was also involved in screening applicants and was part of an interview panel for the agency.

I'm currently working as an automation assistant to the Director of Automation for a B2B SaaS company that's also based in the US. I help set up the automation for messaging campaigns, calendar management, and pipeline management using a CRM. I also help create graphs that demonstrate the workflow of the automation to be provided as a visual aid for clients.
