Telekom / UX Concept Designer (part-time)

I am responsible for the whole UX process, I am handling the
research process (and the deliverables that results), the analyze of
features and, also, the creation of the wireframes process (tested
them with the end-users) and writing specifications.
Ascom / UX Concept Designer (full-time)

Currently, I am accountable for a few projects. I am managing the
research process and conducting the design sprints for the new
projects. Based on findings and needs, I am creating the
storyboards, user flows, empathy maps, user journeys, information
architecture, and wireframes. Also, I am creating the structures for
usability testing sessions and conducting them and, also, analyzing
the inputs/feedback from the users. Since May 2018, I'm
responsible (lead) for the design team involved in the projects.
Since September 2018 til January 2019, I've handled the project
management duties for a project.

I have a strong focus on facilitating design sprints and UX training
for international teams. I managed the digital transformation
process, I wrote requirements and specifications, I did the research
