I’m a Project Management Professional (PMP), with 15+ years of project management experience mainly in the IT, Business, and Marketing industries.

My ability to plan, coordinate, organize, and control, has allowed me to work and support CEOs, C-Suite Executives, Managing Directors, Business Owners, and team members, for Startups, SMEs, Marketing Agencies, and international companies. 

Broad knowledge and experience: 

• handling internal and external projects throughout their life cycle, always having strict supervision, providing support, and controlling the scope, time, and cost. 

• managing workload distribution, project deadlines, project performance communications, timelines, and risk management; where I'm the main stakeholder and team liaison.

• determining project maturity levels, establishing and improving project management offices (PMO), always searching for the best results in terms of process optimization to improve operations, and productivity. 

• document existing business processes with their associated policies and SOP, to identify areas of opportunity, diagram & writing up processes, and improve operations.

I am convinced that to manage a project it is important to understand the business structure and its external environment, thus be able to:

• meet the needs of the stakeholder to meet expectations, 

• make valuable proposals for the project or business, 

• to keep the project linked to the business during its execution, 

• identify limits and opportunities for creating business value.

I am proactive, organized, analytical, tech-savvy, creative, fast-paced, self-motivated, with a solid work ethic, and always committed to completing all tasks on time. I like to understand my main stakeholders’ needs, to be able to fulfill their expectations. 

I believe that my management success is based on providing good customer service. Communication is my priority, my main objective in every task or project is to provide the required information on time and make things happen.
