I've been a medical receptionist last 2021 in a laboratory clinic. My second job was a Contact Tracer in Mandaluyong LGU. My role there was to contact the COVID positives people and ask them some private informations and give them instructions what they need to do. Lastly, I've been a Booking Fulfillment Associate in Webbeds Manila. (June 2022) Which is I am the one who is reconfirming the hotel bookings of the client. Making sure that their reservation is confirmed. November 2022, I've been promoted as Customer Service Associate which I am dealing with the issues and complaints of the clients regarding their hotel bookings. March 2023 - March 20224 I've been promoted again in Special Investigations team which is we are handling fraud bookings/cases or we are preventing fraud activities.
