I’m a multidisciplinary professional with over 6 years of experience supporting organizations in areas such as administration, human resources, internal communications, and project coordination. My career began in communications and evolved into human resources and project management, giving me a unique perspective on how people, processes, and culture work together. I’ve worked with multicultural teams across Latin America and the United States, in both corporate and NGO environments, and I’m comfortable adapting to diverse contexts and business needs.
In my most recent role, I led initiatives related to organizational development, employee engagement, onboarding, and leadership training. I have experience designing internal campaigns, implementing change management (ADKAR model), coordinating training programs, and facilitating workshops on ethics, inclusion, and workplace climate. I also supported administrative processes, document standardization, and internal policy development.

I’m fluent in Spanish, speak advanced English, and have intermediate proficiency in French.
