Andrea Iraheta

I’m a multidisciplinary professional with over 6 years of experience supporting organizations in areas such as administration, human resources, internal communications, and project coordination. My background combines people-focused strategies with strong organizational skills, which allows me to help teams run smoothly, stay aligned, and achieve their goals — both in-person and remotely.

My career began in communications and evolved into human resources and project management, giving me a unique perspective on how people, processes, and culture work together. I’ve worked with multicultural teams across Latin America and the United States, in both corporate and NGO environments, and I’m comfortable adapting to diverse contexts and business needs.

In my most recent role, I led initiatives related to organizational development, employee engagement, onboarding, and leadership training. I have experience designing internal campaigns, implementing change management (ADKAR model), coordinating training programs, and facilitating workshops on ethics, inclusion, and workplace climate. I also supported administrative processes, document standardization, and internal policy development.

As a remote collaborator, I’m highly organized and proactive. I’m used to working across time zones and managing communication asynchronously using tools like Slack, Trello, Google Workspace, Miro, and Asana. I’m fluent in Spanish, speak advanced English, and have intermediate proficiency in French.

My technical skills include knowledge of HR platforms such as BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday, as well as experience with internal communication tools and basic content creation using Canva.

What sets me apart is my ability to connect with people, anticipate needs, and ensure that operations and team dynamics run efficiently. Whether I’m supporting a leader’s calendar, coordinating an onboarding process, or creating a training module, I bring empathy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality.
