Hello! My name is Andrea Dellosa. I am graduate of BS Tourism Management in Polytechnic University of the Philippines. I have worked in different customer service position for almost 4 years as Hotel Front Desk Officer and Reservation Officer in the Philippines and worked as Receptionist on Star Cruises Superstar Gemini in Singapore.
During this time, I have become an expert in clear communication, problem-solving, and guiding customers to the products and services suited for them. I found it to be incredibly beneficial to ensure everyone has the right information about the company’s products and services. Working with customers and deal with their needs I was able to multi-task, trouble shoot, and go beyond the roles of the position.
I have outstanding interpersonal skills that allow me to communicate in a manner that makes them feel comfortable. I am friendly, professional and have the ability to deal with most any situation that arises.
