I worked as a customer service representative for 4 years. It was telco account. Our main responsibility is explaining the charges on theier bill, offer to upgrade their mobile phones and renew to another 24 months and als basic troubleshooting o ther devices. After a year I promoted as SME. We handle new agents and help them with their calls to make sure that they provide accurate resolution to the customers. I got promoted as supervisor for 3 years. I handled minimum of 15 agents and maximum of 20. I make sure that I coach the each agent per week to check on their improvement. I also did side by side and listened to their calls remotely.
