I plan, organize and control all activities of the department. I also develop, implement, and monitor department objectives, targets, projects, programs, and budgets.

I develop, recommend and implement policies and procedures on all department functions for the company’s continuous improvement. Identify vacancies and source and select appropriately matched personnel.

•I administer employment needs of new employees to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Conduct training needs analysis and design appropriate employee development programs. Update existing training modules and design new ones based on the performance management tools. Conduct functions on compensation, benefits, performance management systems, and other HR programs, handles Government remittances and on-time submission of reports.

I oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of job positions, handle disputes, disciplinary procedures, employment termination, personnel-related hearings, and investigations. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates and develop recommendations for improvement. Manage office operations, including staff schedule and duties, maintenance of facilities, and provision of office supplies. Also act as the company’s document controller, handles administration of office supplies, inventory of equipment, and construction and repair of materials and equipment.
