Engaging with your clients is the most important activity a company can pursue to improve their business strategies or products. I fell in love with this style of customer research over ten years ago while I was studying at university and since then I've taken every opportunity to learn how to improve the relationships between businesses and their customers.
As part of my practice, I conduct studies from the ground up: identifying the objective of the research, gathering requirements, selecting and facilitating focus groups, and conducting in-depth interviews and surveys. My recent projects have helped companies from a wide variety of industries such as fashion, agriculture and crop protection, and software development.
During these engagements, I turn research questions into interview guides for qualitative studies or survey questions for quantitative analysis. The results are research reports with thoughtful conclusions that enable my clients to forge better engagement strategies and client outcomes.
