With a total work experience of twenty four years, wherein five (5) years was in the practice of accounting and nineteen (19) years in IT.

As an accounting staff I was tasked to do Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and Treasury activities for holding company as well as three other subsidiaries. Also prepared various Financial reports for Senor Management meetings as well as for the Board of the Directors. Handled all reports for regulatory purposes as well as Government license requirements.

Began my career in IT as programmer, exposed to Sybase Powerbuilder 6, Visual Basic 6, VB.NET, C#, Oracle Forms/Reports 6i, Sybase SQL Anywhere Server 6, Oracle DB 6i & 10g, MS SQL Server 6, 7, 200 & 2005, DB/2 and MySQL. Also did System Analysis, Design and Project Management roles. Has developed Client/Server Customer Management System (CMS) with integration to credit card payments, satellite activations, prepaid call card loading. Later on migrated the said system into a web based application that is accessed by regional offices North America, Europe, Middle East and Japan. Managed an IT Department and recommended upgrades in system to more it more efficient and easier to maintain. Took part in government projects that involved Business Registration as well as backend support for tax bureau. Managed an outsourced IT Team for a payment gate that dealt in data center management, IT infrastructure, systems development and technical support. Managed an IT Department for a remittance and airline ticketing company. Here I recommended the use of new technologies like virtualization, network upgrades, server consolidation thru blade servers to update their current setup. I also recommend the construction of a new data center since the current one was already old and most of the equipment is failing. Also had projects that dealt in information security and migration of systems.
