My most recent job was a chat associate. I communicate through live chat to receive & respond to customers queries, solve problems that may arise, learn about new products & services and specially to keep customers happy.
I also have an experience as a front desk officer. Handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, providing refreshments, handling company inquiries, and sorting & distributing mail. Ordering office supplies, filing documents and making photocopies.
I worked as an Operations Manager for almost 2 years in a Travel Agency.
Beforehand I am just an Operations Assistant in a Travel Agency also. Handling transportation and hotel bookings onsite and via phone. Process client’s orders, invoices and payments. Taking part in familiarization visits to new destinations to gather information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.
Periodically travels to assist during tour with seat assignments, luggage and various other problems. Plans domestic tours including lodging, food and transportation arrangements; negotiates with tour operators on domestic and international tour packages and ticketing.
