At Hand in Hand Eastern Africa, I supported micro-entrepreneurs by developing tailored marketing materials, optimizing their social media presence, training them in digital skills, and helping them utilize online tools to grow their businesses.

Currently serving as a Marketing Operations Associate at Websterberry Marketing, I specialize in email marketing execution, CRM/data management, automation workflow setup, and funnel optimization. I develop and deploy newsletters, lead-nurturing sequences, and promotional campaigns using tools such as Klaviyo, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Pabbly. I also work extensively with GHL Websites, assisting in landing page creation, website updates, funnel page optimization, and ensuring high-converting user experiences.

I manage list segmentation, analytics tracking, KPI reporting, quality assurance checks, and tracking implementation (UTMs, pixels, triggers).
