I started as a technical & customer support agent for Concentrix CDO supporting Linksys networking devices for 6 yrs. During those years, I learned how to give excellent customer support for our customers as well as providing quality assurance tips to aid my coworkers with our own responsibilities in making sure our account stays on top. After a while, I was very interested in home based jobs that’s why I started venturing being a Virtual Assistant for real estate (myoutdesk.com) and private companies (www.cartridges.com.au). I learned how to handle software used on posting some of the articles I wrote and easier techniques on how to research & gather data using the internet. I am very much willing to be trained in some software I am not familiar to support growth of the business as well as very much interested in working long term with my employer.
