Before I obtained my customer service skills, I studied and worked in Europe for three years. I have an impression before that you will be successful once you work abroad. I have been employed in BPO industries for more than three years where I have developed my expertise in customer handling skills. I worked as a chat, Email, technical and Customer service support both for voice and non-voice accounts in the US and Australian clients. I handled sales, logistics, healthcare, and Telco accounts. With these experiences, I adapt important qualities of customer service such as professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude.
My working experience is not only involved in one industry but rather I have experienced working also in insurance and academe.
