OBJECTIVE
To obtain & develop my intimate knowledge in dealing with other people through the phone and emails, can communicate well and willing to build a long term relationship with other people, they may be customers, clients & colleagues. To handle the best interest on both customers and the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
I was with the account Dunn and Bradstreet for 5 years. Dunn and Bradstreet is a B2B account. Part of the account is verifying and updating business information. I have also tried to be a CSAT representative of Sprint under the same account. We do some research regarding business information in United States.
I have worked as an order entry representative with Macy’s Retail Account. Macy’s is a famous Department Store in the US. I placed orders for customers through the website. They were processed through the phone and through chat.
After a year, I was moved to Macy’s Credit Card Account. I am a Customer Service Representative for Macy’s credit cards. After a month, I was trained for Live Chat with the same account. I dealt with credit card concerns such as billing information and basic technical issues.
I was a Live Chat Support for 3 years and a half before moving as an email support called SCC. I am a Customer Service Representative responding through emails with the same account.
