I was a Customer Service Agent for 12 yrs in call centers. For 5 years in a Call Center, I updated business information through their Database. I have also tried taking surveys regarding how Customer Service interact with their customers. I was given the task to research Business with their updated information such us services and addresses.

I have experienced to be an order entry rep thru phone & emails or chats for a year and a half.

I was a Customer Service Representative of a credit card company for 5 years thru phone, chat and emails. I handled inquiries about their billings and some basic technical issue.

I am fond of making researches and checking emails. I am accepting some autocad encoding as my part time job.

I can adjust to any type of work as long as given the specific details, can be flexible with my work hours and available for new projects.
