I’ve worked in Dubai as a Customer Service Representative from 2016 up to 2019. With the past working experience I had, I learned and earned a lot of things and shared a lot of ideas to be useful in the business needs and to be better in my position. I had the three important things that were very useful and needed in the business. First is the Knowledge that I’ve learned from my studies, second is the Skills and Experience that I’ve earned in all my jobs, and the third is the Attitude that I’ve enhanced in dealing with the customers and to all my colleague and superiors and facing to different kind of people. I also have experience in learning and excelling at new technologies as needed.
