I've been a credit investigator for a bank for a year and our tasks is mostly paper works and a real time analyst which caters mostly to dealing with clients. Same with being a customer service representative. I’ve been doing these things for quite some time now and my job mainly revolved on resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution and make sure that everything is piled up in a report, mostly excel and properly documented.
I also make sure that I follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies and exhaust every resources I have to make everything work and satisfy the clients as well as the company I am working with.
