Ana Najera

I'm a blend of multi-cultural and international experiences having lived in Guatemala, the United States, and most recently in France. These rich and multi-cultural professional and personal experiences have provided me with openness, flexibility, and a multiple perspective approach. Additionally, these experiences have allowed me to strengthen and grow what I call my "yes-can-do-it muscle"; and have allowed me to equally be grateful for new opportunities, challenges and growing pains.

As a Senior Project Manager I have over 10 years experience and I have successfully delivered international and local projects. And I'm known for getting traction when things go stagnant. Most of the times is all about relationships!

I'm more than the compilation of my professional experiences, achievements, and diplomas. My abilities go way beyond being boxed in a specific skill, industry or Project - and certainly beyond a 2 page CV.

I thrive in international, diverse, and multi-cultural environments. I'm constantly eager to learn, to be challenged, to bring value, and to think creatively to bring about solutions. And more than anything, I want to bring my experience to work with international organizations/companies, that make a direct positive impact for humanity in the world.
