Ana Lynn Ramos

I am a Single Mother and currently working as a part-time tutor online for Japanese students. I'd been a Customer Service Representative for almost 4 years. My Job responsibilities are answering phone calls to our customers. I assist them in Sending money online or over the phone. I answer their inquiries regarding their billing statement and I also handle billing adjustment. 

I am a talented, ambitious and hardworking individual, with broad skills and experience in Customer Service.

Furthermore, I am adept at handling multiple tasks on a daily basis competently and at working well under pressure.
