My name is Ana Lucía, I was born and raised in Guatemala but I'm currently located in Spain. I speak 3 languages fluently (English, Spanish and Italian) and I’m currently learning German.
I have wide experience in customer service and administration as I have worked as an administrative assistant for 2 years and as a virtual assistant for 2 years as well.
I am dedicated, emphatic, a fast learner, efficient and I’m always aiming to be the best at what I do. I am highly organized and I enjoy the task of making sure that everything is done and running smoothly, I keep track of everything that needs to be done.
