I transitioned into a home-based job to be with my 84-year-old mother. I started as a Social Media Manager / Virtual Assistant for a local company, then started having international clients after a while. A few months into that, I studied Graphic Design on my own, then eventually took courses to expand my knowledge and skills. As a lifelong learner, I am continuously learning other graphic design programs (Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and other video editing skills (Wondershare Filmora). I'm happy to share that I am now very much well-versed in lay-outing manuals, books, and workbooks using InDesign. And I find happiness in designing planner journals both printable and digital, as a freelance job and as a hobby.

As a previous office-based employee, I handled different aspects of Training for over 10 years (Technical, Product, and Sales Training). I was later given the opportunity to expand my scope to perform as a Sales Training and Operations Manager. Although not included in the job title, I also handled Customer Service tasks. My Japanese bosses (2 of them) believed I had the ability to handle the extra tasks, as I used to be a previous Customer Service staff In a Call Center / BPO Industry, and had the ability to handle Customer Service as well in a Sales Industry.
