I have also worked in the hospitality industry as a remote reservations and customer service representative for almost two years. In that role, I managed over 250 hotel reservations weekly, resolved refund and compensation cases daily, and provided detailed explanations of terms and conditions to clients. Handling sensitive information carefully, especially when creating new member accounts.

After that I was in a temporary position for two months setting appointments for internet installation.

My experience has equiped me with a combination of dedication, problem-solving, data entry, and customer service skills, proactive initiative, and adaptability.
