Hello,

I am interested in joining your company as discussed. My most recent employment was as a Business Relationship Executive for Sterling BackCheck, Thane. I believe that the skills and experience I gained over the years make me a suitable candidate for the job.

As Business Relationship Executive, I have developed good client management skills. Assisting clients with their day-to-day queries regarding candidate background verifications and onboarding, issues if any, maintaining their site preferences, documentation etc. formed an integral part of my responsibilities.

I have also gained extensive experience over the years in Tech Support and Customer services working at different levels with Convergys and Tech Mahindra (erstwhile 3 Global Services).

In addition to the above skills, I’m proficient in MS Office suite namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint and This helped me land a role with WFM (Workforce Management)/RTA (Real Time Adherence) whilst at Tech Mahindra.

Something new I have added to my list of skills – something that I pursued initially just as a hobby – is writing (blogging, if you please). Considering the fact that I am gifted with a good command over written and spoken English, I took this a little more seriously since 2014 and now I have my own website (mentioned at the top) where I showcase my writing skills.

I also have an eye for detail – this is what further strengthens my candidature for the said position. I am always eager to learn more, reading on my own time to become more knowledgeable.
