My name is Amit Kumar, and I am from Bihar, currently living in Delhi with my family. We are six members: my parents, younger brother, two younger sisters, and myself.

Academically, I completed my 10th and 12th from CBSE and am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University (School of Open Learning) while gaining work experience to support my family.

Professionally, I have over 2 years of customer service and support experience:

• Recently, I worked as a Senior Customer Care Executive at Teleperformance under the Booking.com process (Mar 2025 – Jun 2025), where I handled inbound queries and complaints from customers and property partners via calls, emails, and messages, ensuring smooth booking experiences and achieving CSAT targets.

• Previously, I worked with Tech Mahindra under the Myntra process (Nov 2022 – Feb 2025), handling email, chat, and call support, managing backend order tracking, delivery updates, returns processing, and resolving escalations efficiently.

I am proficient in CRM tools and MS Office, skilled in multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining a customer-first approach while handling escalations or complaints.

Outside work, I enjoy music and poetry, and I focus on continuous learning to enhance my communication skills and professional growth.”
