• Listen - This can be done via a tool or manually. If you want to respond to a major chunk of
the chatter around your brand, we use tools like Radian 6 or any other listening tool to
identify where the conversation is taking p lace on social
• Talk - Create content that is relevant to the TG. Initial research is powered by effective listening
• Engage - Conversations are the glue, always respond to the audience or it will adversely
effect your social exercise
• Evangelize- Turn your audience into brand advocates. Identify influencers and gratify them
• Adopt/Co-Create- The audience has to fell that they are part of the whole exercise. So
involve them, take feedback and create something using their feedback and show that.
