Following are few important points:

1. Charges are application only for design and artwork making charges will be extra
2. Any image used in layout need to be bought (If we buy it we will charge or client needs to buy it)
3. If retouching required on images it will cost. if it is a complicated retouching or time consuming one we need to outsource.
4. If a any visual is created in 3D it will be charged as we don't do 3D and need to outsource it.
5. If we are at discussion stage with client and we show them a illustrative ad reference and if they approve it, we will need to hire a freelance illustrator for it. So even here cost is involved.
6. If we need to buy any vector from shutterstock, there is a charge involved in it.

It's better if you give this job on project basis and fix one amount for same.
