Þ Managing stock levels and making key decisions about inventory control.
Þ Updating daily and monthly targets, analyzing sale figures and forecasting future sales.
Þ Ensuring standards for quality, customer service, follow-ups and after sales service.
Þ Responding to customer complaints and comments.
Þ Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, monitoring activities of local competitors.
Þ Dealing with sales, as and when required.
Þ Preparing cash and stock sheet on daily basis and coordinate with accounts and inventory department.
Þ Conduct training to existing and new staff on products, Brands, Current offers and promotions, selling skills, Customer service, MIS, Grooming and personality development Etc
Þ Maintaining the existing customers and adding the new clientele category wise.
Þ Reporting Sales updates, Staff Performance, store concerns and budgets to Retail operation Manager.
Þ Store related admin works such as correspondence with Mall Management and DED.
