Having 3+ years of experience where my responsibilities included managing the entire recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, coordinating with different departments to fill manpower resources, and maintaining an up-to-date recruitment MIS.

My experience also included conducting phone and onsite interviews, extending job offers, and providing complete information to candidates about the company and job role.
