I began my legal practice in the second year of law school, accumulating more than 15 years of
experience practicing law in Nicaragua. Amílcar graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the
Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) in 2006 and subsequently completed Master's studies at the
Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE) in Barcelona, Spain. In July 2024 he obtained the
Master's degree in Mediation and Conflict Management at the International School of Mediation (EIM) in
Spain. With a proven track record in strategic negotiation, corporate law, contractual law and cross
jurisdictional legal advice, I have honed my skills to provide exceptional legal advice. I am currently
