I have more than 15 years of legal experience, specializing in corporate law, complex cross-border transactions and strategic negotiation. I am currently residing in Valencia, Spain.

Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in corporate law, providing legal advice on a wide range of matters including M&A, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, I have worked in projects that require managing complex corporate transactions, negotiating high-value agreements and conducting legal due diligence across multiple jurisdictions. My ability to navigate the intricacies of cross-jurisdictional corporate structures has allowed me to provide clients with innovative, tailored legal solutions that ensure both regulatory compliance and strategic growth.

In addition to my expertise in corporate law, I have developed strong negotiation and conflict management skills, particularly in high-stakes environments. I have spearheaded numerous commercial mediations, providing effective resolution strategies for corporate and commercial disputes. My ability to lead negotiations and resolve conflicts, whether internal or external, has consistently resulted in favorable outcomes for all parties involved.

My academic background includes a Law Degree from the Central America University in Managua, a Master’s in International Law Practice from the Superior Institute of Law and Economy (ISDE) in Barcelona, and a Master´s Degree Mediation and Conflict Management at the International School of Mediation in Barcelona. These qualifications have equipped me with both the theoretical knowledge and practical expertise needed to handle the challenges of corporate legal work on a global scale.

I am fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows me to work seamlessly in international settings, liaising with diverse stakeholders and facilitating cross-border transactions.
