I am a trained Customer Service Representative with more than 3 years of experience in the BPO industry. I’ve been working as a General Virtual Assistant for more than 3 years now. My most recent work was as a Client Success Manager for an Australian-based Real Estate Marketing Agency for a 6-month project. It was only 6 months but I had intensive training because I was handling 18-20 clients at a time. I ensure that SOPs are implemented, targets are reached, and clients are satisfied with our services, by helping them increase their sales using FB paid ads. I also worked as an Admin Assistant / Recruitment Coordinator for a US-based Real Estate company for more than 3 years. I do most of the Admin Tasks such as Recruitment including end-to-end hiring process and training of newly hired applicants, email/chat support, appointment setting, inbound/outbound calls, skiptracing, property comps, calendar management, etc.
I may not have more skills than others, but my edge over other Virtual Assistants is my experience working with Australia and US-based clients and, my determination and willingness to work, earn, and learn. And for the record, ever since I started working as a Virtual Assistant, I was never late and never absent from work. That's how committed I am.
