I have 10 years experience in administrative roles for American companies.

7 years in purchasing and procurement for manufacturing companies. I have full knowledge of reviewing and approving purchase order requisitions, processing purchase orders, following up on timely deliveries, negotiation with suppliers, maintaining relationship with suppliers. Managing min max levels for inventory items, replenishing goods and service as needed. 2 of the 7 years I worked remotely; I am familiar with off-site support to operations team.

4 years experience in supporting executives, answering redirecting and making calls as needed, arranging meetings, support with business travel such as hotel bookings, travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, etc.

2 years experience in the finance departments for a commercial company; accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury. In AP I provided clerical assistance to scheduling and payment of vendors. In AR I would apply payment to invoices in system and keep customer accounts updated. In Treasury I supported managing the cash flow of the companies different banks so the appropriate accounts can have enough funds for all payments to vendors that were scheduled daily.

1 year experience in a call center as a technical support agent for an internet service provider. Where I would troubleshoot internet issues and dispatch onsite technicians as needed.
