Hello, my name is Amarachi Nancy Itigbri. I hold a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature. I graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. I am a seasoned Literacy teacher who has effectively taught Phonics/ Diction in schools to children in their developmental years. I am also a proofreader, social media manager and a humanitarian. I am determined to grow and make my dreams a reality.
I have completed an intensive Virtual Assistant course by ALX. I have also completed an IT Support course offered by Digital Witch IT Support Community and various courses at Great Learning.
In the course of these trainings, I have gained real-world experience completing remote administrative tasks. I have learned good work ethics. I am patient, organized, analytical, resourceful, proactive, responsive and flexible. Also, I have a growth mindset. I am skilled in inbox/ calendar management, internet research, taking minutes, data entry and expense tracking, travel bookings and creating travel itineraries. I can effectively use essential VA tools and applications such as MS Outlook, MS OneNote, Zoom, Google Workspace such as Gmail, Google sheets, Google Slides, Google calendar, and other tools/software.
