Amanda Peters

Greetings!

I have nine years of customer service under my belt and during that time, I have proved to sail the waters quite successfully. I strongly believe that if you stay calm, be genuine, make someone feel heard and validated, they will almost always come to a place where positive progress can be made. My life's motto is "help those you can when you can" and I carry that frame of mind through all aspects of my life. 

Within a couple of years, by using my strong communication and organizational skills, my eye for detail, my strong work ethic, I worked my way from Administrative Assistant to Assistant Property Manager. During my time as Assistant Property Manager, I've used my powerful sense of empathy and compassion balanced with a tough adherence to rules and regulations to make for a successful tenure at the building.

I believe balance is one of the keys to life and I consider myself to be a very balanced person. I take pride in my ability to understand and relate to people, but also tell them what they might not want to hear in a way that'll be accepted in a constructive way. I value my directness coupled with common sense to not always be blunt. I can multi-task, but also give my focus and attention to one project. I'm honest, a fast learner, and a team player - but I also enjoy working on my own. I have high standards for others and I hold myself to them as well!
