I transitioned to human resources over 4 years ago and have grown and developed both professionally in my HR knowledge and experience, and as an employee leader within my company. I demonstrate my passion for people and HR daily in my current job. I coach management to ensure our employees are growing professionally and help to resolve personnel issues. I lead the recruiting process and enjoy working with hiring managers to find strong and diverse talent to join the team. I have responsibility for administering benefits and working with accounting on payroll and compensation. I also exhibit strong attention to detail and an ability to keep projects moving forward.
