I'm a management graduate with over 03 years experience in customer support & IT sales. This includes working as a chat expert at the world's largest conversational AI platform & also one of the world's most ethical company. E-commerce & Saas are my first love, thus working for E-commerce/Saas platforms customer support would be my first preference.
PS: Being in India (the hub for finding cheap labor at the same time origin country of CEO's of top tech giants), hiring me would be a great cost advantage as I can work at quite competitive rates owing to my low cost of living. (Be rest assured of quality, I've my ethics in place!).
