Hi! My name is Alyssa Wayne M. La Rosa, you can call me Aly for short. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management from San Mateo Municipal College.

Recently, I worked with Cigna Healthcare, a U.S.-based company, where I supported healthcare providers by verifying patient eligibility, benefits, and handling claim inquiries.

That experience strengthened my attention to detail, communication, and customer service.

My skills developed in time management, prioritization, and problem-solving, and I can easily adapt to new tools and processes.

I want to become a Virtual Assistant because I’ve developed strong communication and multitasking skills from my call center experience, and I’m confident I can provide excellent support to clients in a remote setup.
