Recently, I worked with Cigna Healthcare, a U.S.-based company, where I supported healthcare providers by verifying patient eligibility, benefits, and handling claim inquiries.
That experience strengthened my attention to detail, communication, and customer service.
My skills developed in time management, prioritization, and problem-solving, and I can easily adapt to new tools and processes.
