I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from San Mateo Municipal College.
I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative in Call Center Agent with a healthcare account from October 2024 to September 2025, where I assisted a health care providers with the members eligibility, benefits, and claims.
That role helped me build excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
I also worked in a fast food chain as a Shift Manager Trainee from May 2023 to April 2024, where I gained hands-on experience in leadership, preparing reports, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations.
