Alyssa May Tanghal

_I am Alyssa May Tanghal, am from Pangasinan Philippines. I had worked in a fast-paced environment for more than 10 years and I enjoyed dealing and communicating with clients with different personalities._My long-term goal is to work at home, find a job where I can add value, and have fun while being with my family while working at home. I am looking for a company where I can bring my skills such as being flexible, a good planner, well organized, and being reliable and that is why I joined here in Hubstaff.

_The part of the VA job descriptions/tasks that sounds enticing to me are Customer Support, Appointment Setting, Sales, and Lead Generation, or some other Administrative task since I had worked before as Sales Receptionist, Marketing Professional, Collections Assistant, Bank Teller, Customer Service, and Loan Processor. Collectively the task that I had learned from those experiences will contribute a lot to the VA position. I am a quick learner so if there are tasks that I need to learn I am very willing to understand and apply them for the job. _

Well aside from being motivated, having a good work ethic, my strength is I have the ability to truly understand what a company or a client wants. For me Team Work and having Business Awareness is very important at work, sharing your ideas, helping each other, understanding the importance of client satisfaction, and giving value to the business is a great foundation in reaching our career goals. That is what I had contributed to my previous work and as result, I was able to win some performance awards.
