My name is Alyanna Mae Cerezo, but most people call me Yanna. I am a passionate and results-driven Virtual Assistant with over five years of experience in administrative support, customer service, and real estate operations. Earlier in my career, I also worked as a Customer Support and Receptionist VA for United Bus Charter in Washington, DC. I managed client bookings, coordinated with drivers, handled inquiries via phone and chat, and resolved scheduling issues with professionalism and empathy—skills that have remained central to every role I’ve taken on.
I’m highly proficient with tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace, and I continuously seek new ways to improve processes and support team efficiency.
