I recently worked as Technical support for Web hosting and Email hosting. 

Way back two years ago with same position I worked for Telstra as an Email Expert, got promoted to Bigpond tech level 1 and got promoted again to Broadband Specialist.

All these started from my humble job five years ago as an encoder and after a year got a job as a Software quality analyst. In total, I have more than five years experience in this industry.
