I have been working in BPO since 2011 and received countless of awards. I have learned and developed a lot of skills in customer service and technical support. I'm currently working for Telstra now as a sales chat consultant but I would like to get a job at home and look forward on switching to freelancing. I'm happy with my current job because it is too easy and I love what I do but I preferred working at home. I'm just simple, I just do what I'm asked to do and work hard to achieve my goals.
I received my diploma for Associate in Computer Technology when I was 18 years old. What I have learned there wasn't really use at all in my journey yet. I used to create programs using HTML, VB6 and VB10. Then I came back to school while working to get a Bachelor degree. This time I chose BS Entrepreneurship at Polytechnic University of the Philippines to combine with my knowledge using computers and online. So with all my experience and education I believe that I'm ready to work as a freelancer. I know that there are other applications, software, languages and other skills that I have yet to learn but I'm really confident and I have proven that all of these can be learned in a short period of time.
