I gained plenty of experience in different fields. I have gained the trust and confidence of my supervisors and managers that are why they gave me special task (even if they are aware that I don't have the experience yet for that task) I easily learn task and use all the skills that I have learned from my past job/work experience; and this had made me successful in every task they give. I take supervisor calls for our team and sometimes manage the team whenever the TL is out. I also have experienced coaching for CSAT or customer satisfaction. The management also gave me a task to help the operations team as a Real Time Analyst. Most of the account that I had were all challenging. This helps me develop my skills on Customer Satisfaction, Proper Handling of Calls, being a Subject Matter Expert and a lot more skills that are very helpful for the job. I don't see setbacks as problems but a challenge to overcome an opportunity to grow and learn from it.
