Hi, my name is Altricia. With over six years of diverse experience across customer service, HR administration, and digital advertising. My career started in customer service, where I developed strong communication skills and learned how to connect with people, resolve issues efficiently, and create positive experiences and skills that continue to shape how I approach clients and online communities today.

As an HR Admin, I honed my organizational and multitasking abilities, managing documentation, coordinating recruitment, and supporting day-to-day operations. That role strengthened my attention to detail, time management, and ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

Most recently, I spent three years as an Account Manager and Strategist at Microsoft Advertising, where I handled 80+ premium clients across US and Canada. I managed full advertising campaigns from performance analysis and strategy optimization to client communication and creative recommendations. Working in a fast-paced digital environment taught me how to use data to tell stories, optimize results, and build strategies that align with brand goals.

Now, I’m combining all these experiences to grow as Social Media Manager. I’ve taken specialized training in social media management, learned content planning, analytics, and engagement strategies, and created professional social media accounts to apply everything I’ve learned in real time.
