I recently worked as a Customer Service Representative for the last 2 years for a US Based Financial Account. I handle 2 LOB'S which are Care and Dispute Agent .This role involves inbound and outbound calls from clients. In my previous job, I was praised for my communication and organizational skills, and diligent reporting. I don't have issues with my previous employer .My tasks mainly involved answering customers’ questions via call and also filing cases for discrepancies. I learned to hone my multi-tasking and time-management skills, value patience, and above all, being a team player. I’m a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment so right now I’m looking for a bigger challenge.
