Before my current focus on product ownership and quality assurance, I served as a Customer Success Manager and Senior Solutions Engineer, where I emphasized client engagement and process optimization to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. I recently completed a Full Stack Developer Bootcamp, gaining hands-on experience in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (Laravel) development, as well as working with databases like SQL and MariaDB. My technical skills, combined with project management expertise, allow me to effectively bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution.
