I am a graduate of Bachelors of Science in Information Technology. Just a month after graduation, I started working as a call center agent. I have worked as a customer service representative for 4 years. My first job was in an Airline company. I do the booking of flights of passengers, rescheduling their flights, and process the payment. I also worked as a chat support in this company, answering chats about flight status and calling customers whenever there are changes. My next job was in a Telecom company. I'm a technical support. Assisting customers on how to fixed their mobile phones, set it up or install an application. I also go over with the bills with them. Next was in a cable provider in the US. I've been a customer service for a year and 2 years technical support total of 3 years in this company. I also go over with their bills, educating customers where the charges are coming from. I'm also scheduling a technician appointment for customers. I worked next as a Telemarketer. Now, I am working as a Trainer in an institute. I am literate in computer navigation, different applications and a fast learner. I'm flexible with any time of work and have all the equipment needed such as High-definition cam, desktop computer and stable internet. I can work right away, given proper training.
