Skills Set:
I took up BS Architecture, and at a young age, attached myself with a brokerage. During that time I learned basic photo editing design and took up some units in real estate brokerage. Through training and seminars, I learned how to find prospects, identify leads, and market real estate properties through social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. I gave my leads to my mom because I couldn't sign contracts back then since I was still below 18 years old.
I formally started my work history with an entry-level job at Da Vinci's Pizza and got my first promotion after three months. I became a Branch Team Leader after three months of training. There I supervised store operations, managed and improve branch sales. One of my biggest achievement during my stay was closing a Php 100,000 deal to cater to a college department graduation.
I also learned to manage a Facebook page for my home-baked goods as a sideline and became familiar with Facebook Insights.
I've been with the Philippine BPO industry where I learned to improve my customer service skills and was one of the quality agent's in the team.
Through my varied experiences, I've learned that two things that keep a customer. These are quality and customer satisfaction, and these have become my values in the corporate world. I hope to share these values with you too.
