Allen Matias

I have over seven years of Business Processing Offshore experience ranging from voice and non-voice Customer Service, Virtual and Executive Assistant service, Debt Collection to Data Entry tasks. I was also fortunate enough to manage 23 staff of the Accounting Department and 15 staff of the Executive Assistant Department. I have eight months of virtual teaching experience in which I taught basic written and verbal English lessons to Chinese students. I am still looking forward to developing and expand my skills further as a VA / EA.
