As a person who worked in a BPO industry. I worked everyday in dealing different kind of customer, I was able to developed my ways on understanding customer. It teaches me to work on my patience and look for a possible way to solve or to response to customer's concern. As a CSR you need to be prepare for a day to day learning process, even though you have a the same routine but every day is unique. I was able to learn on how to handle or work in different shifting. And as a CSR, I was able to developed my communications skills not only speaking to my customers but also to my supervisors. Having a good communication with your leaders can be an asset to be able to know the things that you are good at and things that you need to work on. I am also knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Google Docs. I was able to learn these things while at school and still practicing it. For these experiences I am confident that will be able to perform the tasks that will be assigned to me.
